About Kaz, Founder & Director
Kaz Stanton is the Founder and Director of Body of Work (BOW) Studios, bringing over forty years of experience across the visual and performing arts. Trained in RAD Classical Ballet and an experienced teacher and choreographer, Kaz has taught dance throughout Sydney and the Southern Highlands before settling in Byron Bay. An Archibald Prize entrant and exhibiting artist, she now paints, teaches and leads the creative community at BOW Studios.

Allison Pagano (Dance Instructor)
Allison is a teacher and performer with 25 years in the healing arts. Originally from outside NY, she runs an Embodied Dance Teacher Certification online and in person.Her technique classes are aimed at developing confidence, expression, alignment and artistry.
Anat Greenberg Yariv (Dance Instructor)
Anat Greenberg Yariv is a Dance Movement Therapist and dance teacher with a Master’s in Dance Movement Therapy from the University of Melbourne. She works with NDIS (self-managed plans) and supports people experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction, bereavement, eating disorders, neurodiversity, and trauma—using movement, creativity, and embodied awareness as pathways for healing and connection.

Sher Manu (Dance Teacher)
Dance has been a passion of Sher Manu's for over 30 years. Sher is an established and well known Choreographer, with credits including Choreographer for the Cork Opera House, Ireland & Choreographer for television shows such as ’ So You Think You Can Dance & ‘Dancing withe the Stars’ Australia. Working all over Australia, New Zealand and Ireland as a dance mentor, choreographer, movement director & adjudicator. Sher is currently loving working as the Choreographer on Bangalow Theatre Company’s, production of ‘ Hair the tribal rock Musical’, due to open in Byron Community theatre in March. Sher is loving and living life in beautiful Byron Bay & is continually inspired by meeting new dancers and sharing in the creative experience of dance together!Kika Coccia (Pilates Teacher)
Founder of K-FORMA and a Master Pilates and Barre instructor, Kika has spent years training across Pilates, Barre, and fitness while using exercise as a form of self-expression. K-FORMA was created as an extension of that belief: to inspire others to stay active, to show up for themselves in ways that feel good, and to set meaningful goals. Through her journey, she’s come to understand that true confidence is built by challenging both mind and body, and by proving to yourself what you’re capable of.Danielle has been teaching for more than 20 years, and now runs classes solely for adults through her dance studio (Dance Love Studios). With classes on offer for adult dancers (from beginners through to advance) in a variety of styles, she believes all adults should have the opportunity to experience the joy, connection, movement, experession, and storytelling that comes through dancing.Danielle Linegar (Dance Instructor)
Silvia Magnani (Classical Ballet Teacher)
Silvia is both performer and rehearsal assistant of the Byron Ballet. After training in Italy she was involved in a youth ballet company where she performed both corps and soloist roles. During her university studies she moved to Spain for a scholarship where she worked as both teacher and dancer for educational performance projects. While touring through Europe and USA she continued studying at renowned studios in New York, London, and Paris.
Sebastian Sanchez (Dance Teacher)
Sebastian Sanchez, began his journey by taking classes at Simone Pope’s academy in the early 2000s. In 2008, he embarked on his professional career in flamenco by relocating from Brisbane to Sevilla, where he underwent intensive training with maestros such as Andrés Peña, Manuel Betanzos, Rafael Campallo, Angel Atienza, and Alejandro Granados for several years.
Sebastian has since established himself primarily in Europe, becoming a frequent performer at major flamenco festivals in countries like Finland, Latvia, and Russia. His talents have taken him across Spain, Germany, Australia, New Caledonia, Scandinavia, Belarus, Kazakstan, Russia, and the Baltic countries, where he has showcased his versatility as a producer, director, and choreographer. Sebastian’s creative endeavors include international tours with 4Flamencomen and the Spanish Cultural Event Poemas de Iberia, as well as co-choreographing the Flamenco Tango Fusion show of Tango Malena Story and Flamenco Capriccios.
With over 15 years of experience, Sebastian is also a dedicated teacher, sharing his wealth of flamenco dance knowledge and expertise through classes and workshops worldwide, carrying on the tradition instilled in him by his maestros.
Zuzanna Chlpanova (Yoga Teacher)
Zuzana is a dedicated yoga teacher with a deep passion for supporting women’s physical and mental well-being during pregnancy and postpartum. Guided by the wisdom of nature, ancient healing practices, and a modern understanding of movement, Zuzana creates empowering spaces for women to connect with their bodies and inner strength.
Her prenatal yoga classes are thoughtfully designed to prepare women for birth—focusing on building stamina, resilience, and confidence through traditional asanas, conscious breathwork, meditation, and affirmations.
In her Mums & Bubs classes, Zuzana blends yoga with elements of Pilates and functional movement to support postpartum healing, rebuild strength, and nurture the unique bond between mother and baby. With warmth and care, she walks alongside women on their journey through motherhood, offering movement as a tool for recovery, empowerment, and self-discovery.
Carolina Constable (Flamenco Dance Teacher)
Carolina is a 31-year-old Argentine artist who has been dancing flamenco since the age of five. With seven years of experience as a flamenco teacher, she has dedicated her life to sharing this art with passion, commitment, and love.
Jana Rae Baldemoro (Samba Teacher)
Jana Rae is a professional movement artist, working as a performer, choreographer, and personal trainer with a deep-rooted passion for the arts and a lifelong dedication to movement. Her work is grounded in the belief that movement is both expression and medicine, with the power to transform not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. Whether on stage or in a training environment, Jana is passionate about helping others connect with their bodies, unlock their potential, and experience the empowering and healing effects of movement.
Carla Walther (Pilates Teacher)
Originally from Germany, she is a Pilates and yoga teacher offering classes across Pilates and multiple yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin. Her approach blends mindful movement with strength and flow, creating sessions that feel both supportive and effective. Through her teaching, she focuses on helping students reconnect with their bodies, build strength, improve mobility, and find balance through breath and intentional movement.
Lune Hosper (Yoga Teacher)
Lune is a yoga instructor and dancer who blends the ongoing learning in India’s ancient wisdom, Hatha and Ashtanga, together with contemporary somatic movement. She creates and holds space for the authentic self and its manifestations with the mission to remember our connection within.
Candice Briggs (Somatic Movement Teacher)
Candice is a mindfulness-based movement coach who blends her passion for embodied practice with applied neurology and somatic work to support clients on their health journeys. She specialises in guiding people beyond states of feeling “stuck,” creating space for deeper reconnection to the mind–body system. Candice’s work is grounded in the belief that true wellbeing comes from learning to listen inwardly so we can gently shift the patterns of our own unique nervous system.
