Burlesque Taster (4 weeks):

This four-week burlesque taster class invites you to move with confidence, grace, and self-expression. You’ll be guided through the art of the tease, all while learning how to hold your body with intention and presence.

Classes incorporate technique, posture, alignment and control, alongside musicality, body isolations and spatial awareness. With a focus on elegance, flow and personal style, you’ll learn to strut, slink, swivel and pose, building both physical skill and embodied confidence. Costumes and props are also introduced as creative tools for expression.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have developed a subtle, sultry or powerful routine set to music that inspires you, and walk away feeling empowered, poised, and confident enough to perform for a small audience… or simply for yourself.

Classic Moves ~ For ageing youthfully

A women-only adult dance class designed to keep your body feeling alive and capable, while supporting movement for lifelong wellbeing. It’s about moving with ease, confidence and joy, and enjoying dance as a way to care for both your body and mind. The class is welcoming and adaptable, making it suitable for women at all stages of life. You’ll explore a mix of styles including jazz funk, musical theatre and burlesque, with gentle elements of ballet and barre to support posture, balance and technique. The focus is on movement that supports life, not just fitness, helping you stay agile, energised and connected to your body.

Classic Moves celebrates ageing youthfully through movement that lifts mood and energy, builds strength and mobility, and feels genuinely good to do. Expect laughter, great music, and a supportive space to move, reconnect, and enjoy the simple pleasure of dance

PILATES TEACHER

SCULPT ( mat Pilates )
Toning, strengthening and sculpting the ultimate triple threat. A fluid and dynamic low-impact mat Pilates class to power up endurance and perfect your alignment.

SHAPE ( circuit Pilates )
A high-energy Strength Pilates Circuit that blends resistance, control, and cardio bursts. Designed to build lean muscle, elevate the heart rate, and ignite each muscle group through intentional, dynamic movement.

*All classes are open to every fitness level, with modifications and progressions offered throughout. Pre- and post-natal mamas are always welcome.

CONTEMPORARY/LYICAL & JAZZ

Contemporary

A combination of contemporary and lyrical, where long lines and big emotions reign. Set primarily to pop ballads, with some fun alternative instrumental pieces from time to time, this class is fouces on expansive movement, storytelling, levels, and physical exploration.

Jazz Dance

This energetic and dynamic fitness experience combines technical skills like kicks, leaps, and turns with a focus on rhythm, musicality, and expressive performance. Dancers learn foundational techniques such as isolations and body rolls, often progressing through warm-ups, across-the-floor exercises, and choreographed routines. These classes are excellent for improving coordination, strength, flexibility, and confidence, and are suitable for various ages and skill levels. 

CONTEMPORARY/BALLET TEACHER

Embodied Ballet Barre

This 40 minute express class is for those wanting to strengthen their technique, improve alignment and efficiency of movement.

We work somatically to enhance and refine classical and contemporary movement vocabulary so you can become more masterful at your craft.

If you love ballet, but have had a hard time finding a mindful class that increases your freedom in dancing, this is for you!

Contemporary

A mindful, contemporary modern dance technique that encourages you to deepen your artistic expression while practicing emotion filled, injury free dancing. We explore floor work, new range of motion and dynamic physicality.

Flamenco for Beginners and Experienced

Flamenco offers a way to learn the passionate art form of Spanish flamenco dance which focuses on developing skills such as footwork, rhythmic precision, and expressive arm movements. Students can expect to improve coordination, physical fitness, and self-confidence while experiencing a rich and dynamic cultural art form.

BROADWAY JAZZ TEACHER

Broadway Nights

We begin each class with a body warm up & light stretch then move into a fun travelling sequence before learning our Musical Theatre/ Broadway choreography, which we build on each week. This class caters to all abilities of dancer and also to any beginner dancer who's up for a challenge. Work on your dance technique, get a full body workout, have a social connection, laugh, sweat & feel uplifted, all the while dancing to your favourite Broadway music!

CLASSICAL BALLET TEACHER

Adult Ballet

Classes typically starts with a warm-up and exercises at the barre, focusing on posture, balance, and strength, followed by work in the center of the room that builds on these skills with combinations of steps. The class progresses to more complex movements and finishes with a cool-down.These classes are designed to improve physical fitness, flexibility, and grace for people of all ages and experience levels in a supportive atmosphere.

YOGA TEACHER

Prenatal Yoga

Is a practice designed for expectant mothers to prepare for childbirth, focusing on poses, breathing, and meditation to build strength, ease discomfort, and manage stress.

Mums and Bubs Yoga

This class is for mothers with babies, concentrating on postnatal recovery by strengthening the core and back, releasing tension, and offering social support for new mothers with their babies, sometimes including simple baby yoga.
