Term hire starts at a minimum of 6 weeks.
Studio hire is $25-30 / hour.

DIRECTOR, ADULT DANCE & BURLESQUE TEACHER
Burlesque Taster (4 weeks):This four-week burlesque taster class invites you to move with confidence, grace, and self-expression. You’ll be guided through the art of the tease, all while learning how to hold your body with intention and presence.
Classes incorporate technique, posture, alignment and control, alongside musicality, body isolations and spatial awareness. With a focus on elegance, flow and personal style, you’ll learn to strut, slink, swivel and pose, building both physical skill and embodied confidence. Costumes and props are also introduced as creative tools for expression.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have developed a subtle, sultry or powerful routine set to music that inspires you, and walk away feeling empowered, poised, and confident enough to perform for a small audience… or simply for yourself.
Classic Moves ~ For ageing youthfully
A women-only adult dance class designed to keep your body feeling alive and capable, while supporting movement for lifelong wellbeing. It’s about moving with ease, confidence and joy, and enjoying dance as a way to care for both your body and mind. The class is welcoming and adaptable, making it suitable for women at all stages of life. You’ll explore a mix of styles including jazz funk, musical theatre and burlesque, with gentle elements of ballet and barre to support posture, balance and technique. The focus is on movement that supports life, not just fitness, helping you stay agile, energised and connected to your body.

This 40 minute express class is for those wanting to strengthen their technique, improve alignment and efficiency of movement.
We work somatically to enhance and refine classical and contemporary movement vocabulary so you can become more masterful at your craft.

ContemporaryA combination of contemporary and lyrical, where long lines and big emotions reign. Set primarily to pop ballads, with some fun alternative instrumental pieces from time to time, this class is fouces on expansive movement, storytelling, levels, and physical exploration.
Jazz Dance
This energetic and dynamic fitness experience combines technical skills like kicks, leaps, and turns with a focus on rhythm, musicality, and expressive performance. Dancers learn foundational techniques such as isolations and body rolls, often progressing through warm-ups, across-the-floor exercises, and choreographed routines. These classes are excellent for improving coordination, strength, flexibility, and confidence, and are suitable for various ages and skill levels.

Broadway Nights
We begin each class with a body warm up & light stretch then move into a fun travelling sequence before learning our Musical Theatre/ Broadway choreography, which we build on each week. This class caters to all abilities of dancer and also to any beginner dancer who's up for a challenge. Work on your dance technique, get a full body workout, have a social connection, laugh, sweat & feel uplifted, all the while dancing to your favourite Broadway music!
