This 40 minute express class is for those wanting to strengthen their technique, improve alignment and efficiency of movement. We work somatically to enhance and refine classical and contemporary movement vocabulary so you can become more masterful at your craft. If you love ballet, but have had a hard time finding a mindful class that increases your freedom in dancing, this is for you!Open Contemporary

This is ultimately a heels class but students are welcome to wear sneakers if they don’t feel comfortable in heels. We will be focusing on strutting our stuff, perfecting our seductive walk, feeling like a superstar and learning a piece of choreography that will be filmed at the end of the semester. This is a fun sexy class open to all levels. Buckle up, because you are about to transform into a superstar! Main characters only.

We begin each class with a body warm up & light stretch then move into a fun travelling sequence before learning our Musical Theatre/ Broadway choreography, which we build on each week.
